This policy explains what personal data RNTC collects, why we need it, and what control you have over it. We collect the minimum required to run a verifiable rewards platform.
Account data: your full name, mobile number, password (stored only as a secure hash) and referral relationship.
Activity data: task attempts and outcomes, internship progress, wallet balances, transactions, withdrawal requests and support tickets.
Security data: login timestamps, IP address and browser user agent, used to detect fraud and unauthorised access.
To create and secure your account, verify task completion, calculate rewards and referral commission, process withdrawals to your bound mobile money number, respond to support requests, and detect fraud or duplicate accounts.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.
Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform — our cloud hosting and database provider and our payment provider — and with authorities where a lawful request requires it.
Brands receive aggregate engagement figures, not your personal contact details.
Account, transaction and withdrawal records are retained while your account is open and afterwards for as long as required for financial, audit and legal purposes. Security logs are retained for a limited period for fraud investigation.
Access to member data is restricted by database-level access rules so that members can read only their own records. Passwords are never stored in readable form. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong, unique password and report suspicious activity immediately.
You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate details, or closure of your account. Some data must be retained after closure to meet financial and legal obligations. Requests are made through the in-platform support form.
Your bound mobile money number is deliberately locked; changes go through a reviewed request rather than direct editing.
Material changes to this policy will be announced in-platform. The official privacy contact address and data controller details will be published here before public launch.
