Activation fees purchase immediate access to a task allocation, so they are not generally refundable. This policy sets out the specific situations where a refund or account credit does apply.
An activation fee buys access to a task allocation for a 1 year service period. Once access has been granted and tasks become available to you, the service has been delivered and the fee is non-refundable.
Not using your daily allocation, changing your mind, or earning less than you expected are not grounds for a refund.
If you are charged more than once for the same activation, the extra charge is refunded in full to the paying mobile money number after verification with our payment provider.
If a payment is debited but activation does not complete, we either complete the activation or refund the amount in full. Report it through support with the payment reference.
If RNTC is unable to provide tasks for an extended, continuous period for reasons within our control, we may extend your service period or issue a pro-rata account credit. Extension is the default remedy; cash refunds are at our discretion.
Where an account is closed for fraud, task manipulation, duplicate accounts or misrepresenting RNTC as an investment scheme, activation fees are not refunded and unverified reward balances may be withheld.
A withdrawal that fails at the mobile money network is returned to your available wallet balance so you can request it again. Mobile money charges applied by your network are not refundable by RNTC.
Payouts are only ever sent to the mobile money number bound to your account. We cannot recover funds sent to a number you entered incorrectly before binding.
Submit a support ticket from inside your account with the transaction reference, date, amount and paying number. Eligible refunds are processed to the original paying number after verification.
