Terms of Service

RNTC provides access to brand-engagement tasks. Members complete tasks and receive a reward per verified task. RNTC is not a bank, deposit-taking institution, investment scheme, securities issuer or fund manager.

Activation fees are service-access fees. They purchase access to a task allocation for a defined service period. They are not deposits, savings, capital, units or investments, and they do not entitle you to any return, profit, dividend or repayment.

You must be at least 18 years old and use your own name and your own Ghanaian mobile number. One person may hold one account only. Duplicate, automated or shared accounts may be suspended and their balances withheld pending review.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account.

Every new account begins with a mandatory unpaid internship covering a fixed number of training tasks per day. No rewards are credited for internship tasks. Completing the internship does not obligate you to pay for any membership level.

Each level has a published activation fee, a daily task allocation and a reward per verified task. Activation begins on the date payment is confirmed and runs for the published service period.

RNTC does not guarantee that you will complete every available task, and rewards depend entirely on your own verified activity. Task availability may vary with brand demand.

A task is rewarded only when its required actions are completed and its brand question is answered correctly. RNTC may audit, re-verify, reverse or withhold rewards where activity appears automated, fraudulent, duplicated or inconsistent with genuine engagement.

Daily allocations do not roll over. Sunday is a scheduled rest day with no tasks and no task rewards.

Rewards are credited to your in-platform wallet. Withdrawals are paid only to the single mobile money number bound to your account. That number is locked; changing it requires a reviewed change request and may delay payouts.

Withdrawals are available on published withdrawal days within the published window, subject to published minimum and maximum amounts and per-day request limits. Mobile money network fees or failures are outside RNTC's control.

Referral commission is generated only by verified task activity of members you introduced. No commission is paid for recruitment, activation payments or account sign-ups on their own. Full conditions appear in the Referral Programme Rules.

RNTC may restrict, suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, engages in fraud, manipulates task verification, or presents RNTC as an investment opportunity to others.

You may stop using the platform at any time. Service fees already paid are handled under the Refund & Credit Policy.

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. RNTC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for network, device or third-party payment provider failures.

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced in-platform, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
